Last night we had potato soup, decorated cookies, decorated the tree and watched, “It’s a Wonderful Life”. David and I had fun starting some new traditions and including my mom and Hannah.

On the left is just a fun picture of Evelyn after her bath. On the right she is showing me the ornament she picked out at the store.
On the left she is putting her ornament on the tree and on the right she is taking it off the tree :-)
On the left we have David showing off his skills and on the right is Elijah and me…Elijah is so messy – he always seems to spill on himself :)

Decorating the tree!!!! Yes, I am HUGE, but happy to have a good excuse :-)
BTW – I had the brilliant idea to put the tree upstairs in the loft…BRILLIANT I tell you! Evelyn can see it from her high chair and says, “pretty…pretty” and then we go visit the tree when she is done. No issues with her eating or breaking ornaments. It’s wonderful!
